This speaker system allows you to receive 5.1 Surround Sound from your PC as long as your PC has 5.1 or 7.1 Audio Sound Card.
With 4 AUX LINE-IN, you can directly connect this surround sound system to your TV, MP3 Players, IPOD, Game Consoles, CD, DVD player or any COMPUTER or a LAPTOP at the same time (if you prefer) without any additional equipment such as Tuner or Amplifier for your TV, or 5.1 sound card for your computer or an adapter in your game console and you will still get surround sound from this system and switch between each audio with a touch of a button in your remote
The system features a front panel LCD display and multi function control wheel. The infrared remote controls Power and Volume and provides a Mute function. You can select between 5.1 Surround sound input, and stereo input from Auxiliary 1 or 2. It also offers balance controls for the Subwoofer, Center channel and Front and Rear satellites.

I picked this up as a second system and set it up with our bedroom TV, cable box, and DVD player. It sounds amazingly good for the price. However, the digital coaxial and optical inputs stopped working after two days. Fortunately for me, my DVD player has a built in decoder and 5.1 outputs, and this has a 5.1 input. And the stereo inputs can decode a surround matrix similar to Pro Logic, so in my case, I'm OK with it.

The sound itself is pretty decent, however I was VERY FRUSTRATED getting this set up. Ends up I was shipped a defective package. Not happy...

Received quickkly with no problems, I am pleased. The system was easy to figure out, the only problem was that I needed to get extenders, as the cords were quite short. It wasn't a huge deal though since the cords are so common that they were all over the house so I just had to get a male to male connector for them.

Great speaker set for the budget. Easy to set up, clear sound, and powerful bass and subwoofer. The remote has many control buttons and tuning individual speakers is simple. I connect my PC, TV, and PS to this speaker system and the surrounding effects are amazing. One minor thing is that the cable for rear speakers is a little bit short and I bought a RCA extension cable to place those rear speakers behind my sofa.
